Andrea Henning Law – Response to COVID-19
Covid19 Response | March 16, 2020
At Andrea Henning Law LLC we are doing our best to maintain high quality service for our clients while taking protective measures for our staff, clients and the public at large while we all face the the corona virus pandemic.
At this point, we have not been advised of any changes in operations at either the Allen County Court of Common Pleas or the Lima Municipal Court. If there are changes to the status of our local courts, we will update you. Some other courts we work in have made changes to their schedule and we will be contacting the affected clients individually.
At Andrea Henning Law LLC, we have made the following changes to our operations, effective immediately due to the corona virus pandemic.
There will be no in office meetings with the exception of bankruptcy petition signings for clients who are facing a garnishment. Bankruptcy petition signings will be scheduled in the evening or on the weekend.
We will seek to continue the court dates of all of our criminal and traffic clients who are not in custody. However, please be advised that your court date is not changed until you have been advised by our office or confirmed through the court that the continuance request has been granted. If you have a fever or other illness, please let us know so that we can notify the court.
We will be conducting new client intakes via phone conference while my kids watch too much tv. We will be returning all phone calls, text and emails as usual.
Currently, the office is open 8:30 am- 4:30 pm to drop off paperwork and payments. If no staff is available, items can be placed in the locked drop box outside of Andrea Henning Law LLC INSIDE the building.
Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time. Please stay safe!
