Serving Clients With Integrity

At Andrea Henning Law we practice bankruptcy, traffic and criminal defense with integrity.  We define practicing with integrity as serving clients with honesty, discretion and respect for our clients, their time and their money.

Honesty

We will always be honest with clients about our assessments of their legal positions and realistic outcomes.  We don’t tell you what you want to hear in order to get you to pay higher fees.  If we think you would be better off waiting six months to file bankruptcy, we’ll tell you.  We will be upfront about what could happen at a criminal and traffic trial, looking at your best case outcomes and risk.  We also take our duty of candor to judges, court staff and opposing parties very seriously.

Discretion

At Andrea Henning Law LLC we practice in small communities and take our duty of confidentiality seriously.  We understand that clients come to us with issues they want to keep off their record and out of the news.

Respect

We understand that while a case may be routine for us, it is a big deal for you.  Facing a license suspension, jail time or having to do a driver’s intervention program are not little things.  Hiring an attorney can be expensive and legal problems are stressful.  We will take the time to make sure that you fully understand what is going on with your case.  You can call, text or email us with questions .

We charge flat fees and let you know the cost upfront so you can make decisions about how to handle your case.  Our focus is on providing value for clients, not running up the bill.
